* Individual knowledge of AI danger actually ALREADY EXISTS today — it's the majority opinion around the world

* Therefore the most important thing for not dying is simply to make AI extinction risk common knowledge

* AI companies are fighting to prevent this by sowing complexity and confusion — the tobacco playbook

What you call fearmongering, I call it diffusing common knowledge. IMO, if you're not doing that, you're not helping humanity as much as you could be.
