સાહેબ શ્રી,
આપશ્રી ને સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે Gujarat Clinical establishmemt act 2021 તળે વિવિધ ક્લિનિક સેટ અપની નોંધણી આપ શ્રી દ્વારા શરૂ કરેલ છે. જે એક આવકાર્ય પગલું છે પરંતુ આપને જણાવવાનું થાય કે ગુજરાતમાં આશરે દસ હજાર થી વધુ ફીઝિયોથેરાપી ક્લિનિક આવેલ છે અને ગુજરાતી ફિઝિયોથેરાપી કાઉન્સિલમાં આશરે 21000 ફિઝિયો ડોકટરની નોંધણી થયેલ છે .
આમ લગભગ આખા ગુજરાતમાં લોકો ફિઝિયોથેરાપી સારવાર ખાનગી ક્લિનિકના માધ્યમથી જ મેળવી રહ્યા છે .આ કારણે તેમનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને ફિઝિયોથેરાપી ક્લિનિકના ધારાધોરણો નક્કી કરવા ખૂબ જરૂરી છે.
પરંતુ દુઃખ સાથે જણાવવાનું કે સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા કરેલ મુખ્ય કમિટી ગઠનમાં જ ફિઝિયોથેરાપીનો પ્રતિનિધિ રાખેલ નથી તેમ જ પ્રસિદ્ધ કરેલ નિયમોમાં # ફિઝીયોથેરાપી ક્લિનિક ને લગતા કોઈ ધારા ધોરણોનો સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવેલ નથી.
આપ શ્રી ને ફિઝિયોથેરાપી ક્લિનિક ના નોંધણી માટે એક યોગ્ય નમૂનો છતિશગઢ રાજ્ય નો મોકલેલ છે.
વધુમાં આપશ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે અમેં નીચે મુજબ વિનતી કરીએ છીએ અને એ પરિપૂર્ણ ના થાય ત્યાં સુધી નોંધણી કરી શકીએ નહિ.
૧.Gujarat CEA ૨૦૨૧ સેક્શન 3 (2) માં f મુજબ મુખ્ય કમિટી માં ગુજરાત ફીઝીયોથેરાપી કાઉન્સિલ માંથી એક પ્રતિનિધિ મૂકવામાં આવે.
૨.નોંધણી મુકેલ નમૂના મુજબ આયુષ ની રીતે મુખ્ય રીતે કરવામાં આવે
૩.ફિઝિયોથેરાપી ક્લિનિક ના ધારા ધોરણો ગુજરાત ફિઝિયોથેરાપી અને કેન્દ્રીય National commission for Allied and Healthcare Professionals મુજબ વિસ્તાર થી બનાવામાં આવે.
