@PinnacleSF we have no water in our property.. but we’ve been told we could be waiting 48 hours to get help?

Lovely wake up call at 7am @PinnacleSF workers drilling and hammering next doors empty house and yet I cant even get my carpets or fallen ceiling fixed 🫠🫠 @PinnacleSHAME

@PinnacleSF @s_notebook80293 @PinnacleSHAME The thing is that no one ever gets compensated for anything even though it is a blatant breach of very basic contract law. Will be putting my claim through court this week. I have given up on the system.

@PinnacleSF no heating and no hot water for nearly 2 weeks, trying to get a leak fixed, no one turned up. Now gone 6 no water in our house, no heating. Awful service

@PinnacleSF @CllrTerryJermy Is this really within the contract for MOD Housing ? Should we really have to put up with this and be told nothing can be done because they might not work weekends ? Joke and a shambles never mind the fact I'm alone due to deployment having to deal with this AGAIN !

@PinnacleSF @CllrTerryJermy I have inboxed you when I posted, but nothing ever seems to happen, can I ask what I am supposed to do for heating and hot water whilst I'm waiting for 'business hours'? Why is this not seen as an emergency to leave us AGAIN unable to have heat or hot water ?

@PinnacleSF @CllrTerryJermy Just directing me to the call center like (which I have reported AGAIN!) And have to wait until Monday before I can get an appointment, so 3 days minimum of no heating and no hot water ?? No temp heaters either ..... Really @PinnacleSF is this really good enough ??

@PinnacleSF hey pinnacle, I've just had my assignment order for my next job. Still sat freezing with windows that had been planned to be replaced the week we moved in. Are you going to replace them the day we move out like you did last time? 4 years waiting for windows that work

@NatashaMDay @PinnacleSF Having seen the state of the training estate, and what they laughingly call repairs. Compared to what it was like when I joined in the 90’s. At least they actually sent the right trades to the job. Now I think they employ Bodge it and Leg it.

@NatashaMDay @PinnacleSF Get hold of the damp and mould team…. U managed to get a slightly quicker service from their side. Still got 20 odd outstanding jobs from March in that they are avoiding!

@PinnacleSF please help, this is my friends quater which she's been told is still okay to live in by Vivo. She has bad asthma, 3 kids - one being a few months old. How is this okay for them to live in? @MilitaryBanter
