How come women who give birth cannot add on the maternity leave time to their temporary research contracts?

Had a great time attending the International Society of Intelligence Research (ISIR) conference in Vienna! Glad I got the opportunity to learn from many great researchers and to present my own PhD research: a Simulation-based Model of Intelligence Learning and Education (SMILE)
But today I am in Vienna, about to address the International Society for Intelligence Research on the nature of rationality, and how and whether it differs from intelligence. https://t.co/VIm4OJL6W7

@JuliaBeitner Thank you!! Haha yes definitely! Most important: Including students who are most at risk of dropping out, and providing actionable feedback and recommendations on how to incorporate digital data‐driven findings into the analogue human practice of student counseling.
Our paper on the Early Warning System implemented at VU university to assist student counselors in preventing dropout is now online! We accurately predicted students at risk, yet, sharing this information with student counselors did not reduce dropout. https://t.co/AntCWnKq91
