8/ Full mechanism and the open questions in the post👇. This is a live, fast-moving topic, treat the exact numbers as a snapshot https://t.co/FIwW6qr2Zr
1/ PropAMMs need fresh prices, which needs cheap updates and short blocks. Ethereum L1 has neither. So how did they just show up on Ethereum? One builder, Titan, found a practical workaround. 🧵
7/ Does it work? On stable pairs, yes: a $100k USDC/USDT trade quoted 0.40 bps vs Binance's 3.56. On large volatile trades it loses, and erratically, where Binance's deep book still wins. The edge is real but conditional
Wrapping up a strong week for the Ethereum ecosystem in Cannes.
One of the best conferences we have been to. Strong technical talks, zero noise, and great side events, with clear alignment across teams on where things are heading. Lean Ethereum is moving really fast.
Good to be there with @rj_aligned from @alignedlayer and @SantiDiPaolo from @polfinance_. Looking ahead to the next @EthCC.
I’m glad to announce that @ergodicgroup became a relevant partner in @levenue_com.
Levenue builds revenue backed financing for real businesses: companies with predictable sales get growth capital upfront, and repay over time as a share of future revenue. No dilution and no slow bank processes. It’s built for SaaS, ecommerce, retail, exporters, and service companies that need speed and flexibility.
I’ve said it many times: most VC incentives are not aligned with the long term interests of founders and their companies. We prefer building financing products that are like this one.
@class_lambda is building a stronger AI driven underwriting engine for Levenue. We're leveraging the work they already have done and improving it. In parallel, we’ve been working on @loom_finance, that will work on top of @alignedlayer, to bring Levenue onchain. The tech is ready; now we’re working through the legal and regulatory path to launch a version open to crypto investors. We're also working with @BoulderLam to bring all this to LATAM since the company has been focused on the European market until now.
Thanks @benjrieder for trusting us and for deciding to join forces.
The @Uniswap Cup was the best side event I’ve ever been to at any conference (and I’ve been to quite a few). The concept, the venue, the execution, hats off. And on top of that, my team and I ended up as champions. Perfect start to what’s going to be an amazing week ahead with @EFDevcon
Today with @polfinance_ we’ll be attending the opening of a Cryptography and Distributed Systems Center, organized by the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Exact Sciences at UBA. This is Argentina, this is what we should be promoting

Six years ago, I decided that Lambda should become a cryptography powerhouse. We already had deep expertise in offensive cybersecurity, programming languages, compilers, distributed systems, and machine learning. Cryptography was slightly outside our scope since most of the team were engineers, with only a few mathematicians, physicists, and researchers.
Now that vision has become a reality. Lambda has grown into a global force in applied cryptography. We collaborate with some of the best teams in the industry.
We also created Lambdaworks, a library that is starting to gain wide adoption. We are contributing to the core of @leanEthereum by improving sumcheck performance, and I am deeply thankful to the @ethereumfndn for the opportunity to help and collaborate.
Today, we have a large team of PhDs in mathematics working on cutting edge cryptography research and preparing to publish papers. We have also acquired a significant stake in @3miLabs and are developing a new RISC-V zkVM together. In parallel, we are establishing a research group at @UBAonline that will collaborate with the National Universities of Córdoba and La Plata.
We have created a scholarship fund for students of @Exactas_UBA and @ingenieriauba who want to complete their studies.
I personally do not care if Lambda disappears as long as we did everything we could to push the boundaries of what is possible. Our mission is to raise the bar for the entire industry and to help Argentina and later LATAM become a major player in this space. This is crucial to strengthen Ethereum’s decentralization since it is still too centered in Europe and the US, and we are doing everything we can to change that.
We are now expanding into DeFi and the MEV pipeline. It might take another six years, but we will get there. We're like turtles, we might be slow but we will reach our objectives. We have taken a significant stake in @polfinance_, a group of theoretical mathematicians tackling applied DeFi problems, and we are collaborating with world class protocols. We are also developing our own revenue-backed finance protocol, inspired by Levenue (which processes nearly a billion dollars a year), called @loom_finance.
Argentina has exceptional mathematicians, physicists, and engineers. We are just getting started, and we will be showing more of what we are building with @ergodicgroup and @class_lambda during @EFDevcon.
