@Shigeo808 Were you using this strategy during the May 2021 crash? IMO, crashes like May 2021 (& Mar 2020) happen so quickly that you can't manage it at 45% LTV. All it takes is 1 major crash to liquidate & wipe out all previous gains. Not trying to be neg, just honest concerns ser.
