@adamtaggart Depends on how you are measuring. Total delinquency for all homeowners is probably already worse than GFC. It’s just hidden in FHA/shadow banking, so the major banks are handling it better so far. To consumers, it probably does feel worse than GFC, ultimately becoming worse.

@adamtaggart I think it’s a semantics game. You phrased it as “it’s not bad right now and a real recession sucks.” A more accurate way to put it is that we are in a recession already (just not declared) and when the stock market and government realizes, it will make things worse.
