@TheGridironHQ Coaches who wish for better assistants:
Or
Coaches who multiply their teaching points, techniques, use of equipment and focus because their staffs are fully aligned.
Thats not luck, that’s design.
@AdamArchuleta Totally agree, thank you! Keeping your staff aligned with your objectives, your techniques, pace, and coaching points multiplies your talents and the team’s growth curve.

Football coaching loves steps. Do this, then that: plays taught like assembling furniture—follow the sequenceBut watch killer whales hunt in pods -instinctive, relentless. They don’t rehearse, they read each other- the opponent, the situation.
Their playbook: solve
the problem
@Heavenly_Race_ Old way: coaching by telling.
“ do this, but if that happens, do that”
Now wonder why players don’t do what you said when the pressure is on.
They didn’t learn -
it they tried to remember it.
Look at how often great play comes from connected small-group reactions rather than isolated individual execution.
OL combos LB fits. DB leverage relationships. Route spacing.
Players reacting to the movement and decisions of nearby teammates.
Instinctive? #RepsOverDrills
@CaneTigger@BednarikMatt@mcuban@GovBillLee Health insurance is actually just a way of trading regular payments now to avoid big cash flow crunches due to medical expenses. It costs money to
process you payments and pay medical bills, as you know.
@iscel50@BednarikMatt@mcuban@GovBillLee Perhaps you’re thinking the US health market is a “free market”. But how come the first words a provider will ask is who is you’re insurance provider the actual wallet? You’re not the customer, you’re merely the required minimum degree of services they must document to get paid.
Players rarely process “all 11.”
They process the POD around them…the nearest threat…the nearest space….the nearest teammate.
Train the relationships.

@Dalgby@OleTimeHardball Very common tactic to influence runner to take the long way around the plate and intimidate. Great story of a catcher who sometimes dropped his mask in front of home plate—-try sliding on top of That!
Story of TyCobb ending that practice by launching himself feet(spikes)first.
Football decisions are LOCAL,- not global. Players react first to leverage, spacing, movement and the teammate left and right.
Great football is connected football.

@Coach_ChadJohn This drill helps players learn what to do and who to block: essential stuff.
Now remove the blocking shield, replace the coach with DE, OLB or possible DB who are crashing, playing soft, have diff run fits etc ..,
and see the real learning that shows on game day.
@CoachKGrabowski Exactly! Thank you coach Grabowski. Coach is showing real football decision,in a controlled or constrained environment requiring rapid pattern recognition and response. This where the real learning happens and it shows up Friday night.#RepsOverDrills
@Figure_robot@NjTank99 Why build a machine that sorts based on the eyes in its head?…way too slow. Sensors should be in its hands, of which it should have dozens.
