क्या किसी विभाग में जूनियर कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों का हनन करना सही है? क्यों मौसम विभाग के आला अधिकारी जूनियर कर्मचारियों की लंबे समय से चली आ रही मांगों पर ध्यान नहीं देते। ग्रुप B व C के लिए प्रमोशन शब्द केवल एक ढकोसला है।
