I am one person that knows what it means to be in a dark place. I understand that at this very moment things may seem very difficult especially in the area of communication.

No one understands your pain more than yourself. They can only imagine and encourage you.

However, being in a dark place is not an excuse for bad behaviour. It's ok if you decide to stay low. It's also ok if you don't want people around you for a while. It will be easier to just communicate to them.

I will encourage you to have a circle of people you can lean on at this phase of your life. Where you don't have strength, let them be the shoulder you can lean on. Having a family of people that guinuinely care for you and strengthens your faith will help you bounce back

Do not stay in that dark place for too long, this can birth things you wouldn't imagine. You don't want anything that will corrupt the way you view things.
Secondly it can also lead to chronic depression and self centeredness.
