કચ્છ જિલ્લાની રજૂઆત બાદ શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા જ્યાં નિમણૂક ત્યાં નિવૃત્તિ સુધી ફરજ બજાવવાની શરત મુકાઈ હતી

નિયમ મુજબ ખાસ ભરતીમાં નિયુક્ત થયેલા શિક્ષકોને સામાન્ય બદલીના નિયમો લાગુ પડતા નથી

સમગ્ર નોકરી દરમિયાન કચ્છમાં ફરજ બજાવવાની શરત છતા�� નવી ભરતીના ઉમેદવારો બોન્ડની રકમ ભરી કચ્છ છોડવાની તૈયારીમાં

ભરતી બાદ પણ ઉમેદવારોનું અંતિમ લક્ષ્ય પલાયન કરવાનું રહેતું હોય તો કચ્છની શિક્ષકોની સમસ્યાનો ઉકેલ નહીં આવે
