@JoshiPralhad Excellent descision keeping in mind the need of faster connectivity to Bengaluru from Vijayapura, Bagakote district.
Thanks to @JoshiPralhad@MBPatil 👏
@KARailway Why interfere with faster connectivity for other cities when you already have multiple high-speed sevices options?
This train stops at both cities bypass stations so improving city connectivity with bypass station is the municipality’s responsibility which should be called for.
@ChristinMP_ I've doubt if this is the centre and state gov. joint venture then will center gov. be part of it or not?
As they'd rather have to choose between RRTS or Metro.
@HennurBlr@RailMinIndia Exactly!
Once, while traveling on a VB, I asked the TC when we’d reach the destination, assuming he had access to some internal railway app for live updates.
But surprisingly, he told me that even they use #WIMT to track train timings just like everyone else. 😅
For months, @AshwiniVaishnaw, @Tejasvi_Surya Ji, and many other political leaders hyped a new "SUPERFAST TRAIN" between Mumbai and Bengaluru. The public was overjoyed with this announcement, as the Mumbai–Bengaluru sector was finally going to get its 2nd dedicated train after 30 years, and that too a fast one. But what did people actually get?
A "SUPERSLOW TRAIN" taking 24 hours to cover the 1,208 km distance between Mumbai and Bengaluru via Hubballi, with an average speed of just 50 km/h. Even by Indian Railways' own definition, trains with an average speed above 55 km/h should fall under the superfast category. What's even worse is that it is not even a daily train, it runs only twice a week :)
Yesterday, the new train was flagged off with huge celebrations, as if it was some great achievement, that too in 2026. Imagine spending crores on doubling, electrification, and track upgrades, only to introduce a SUPERSLOW train like this.
I had much better expectations. We all had much better expectations. But you (the government) failed us "SUPER-DISAPPOINTED!"
@AshwiniVaishnaw You've promised for SF train between Bengaluru and Mumbai via Hubballi which would cover distance in 18-20 hrs.
Today what we get is disgrace to railways because compared to late 90s train which used to run with avg. 48 Km/h and this one with incredible speed of 50 Km/h. Joke 🥲
@SWRRLY@AshwiniVaishnaw@DrmMys@drmsbc@drmubl@VSOMANNA_BJP
@GadagRailUsers@SWRRLY@HKPatilINC@BSBommai Sometimes, you need to fix yourselves instead of asking someone to adjust i.e to fix your auto fare system in Gadag, which would solve many issues.
Just this spl. train runs with UBL & GDG bypass helping people of BGK, BJP reach early.
If that bothers you then let it be.
@AshwiniVaishnaw Run one more Tejas Rajdhani from Bhubaneswar, that's your capacity
@JoshiPralhad If your ನನ್ನ ಮನವಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ results in such a slow train No ಮನವಿ needed next time
@Central_Railway Plz shut down ASAP as you treat other zone train like 3rd class by giving horrible TT
@SWRRLY@drmsbc@Central_Railway@PIBBengaluru Utter Rubbish !
@JoshiPralhad , @Tejasvi_Surya , @PCMohanMP sir this train is not even superfast in any regard considering it's time table and to be said it's even slower than Udyan exp.
Also daily superfast train between the cities is need of the hour.
Please look into this.
@Sarcastic826541@X Agree, but once you do this for the first video, the rest of your feed will scroll seamlessly without the audio bug!.
Now, if you come back again to normal tweets feed and again open video then again you've to do it.
Definitely this is a limitation, but it's a work around soln.
@grok@Notjeffrey1 Fix for Twitter/X video audio looping:
If you hear double audio, swipe down your notification shade to pause the browser video.
Then resume the video again on browser, and then it should sync up perfectly.

@ChristinMP_@siddaramaiah We've University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) in Dharwad, Raichur which could have been viable option to develop as agritech capital which in return could've resulted in growth of North Karnataka region.
CMs vision should be Beyond Bengaluru for overall state growth.
@KARailway@MBPatil@SWRRLY It's really good to have electrification completed on GDG-HG line.
Now, for any train to cover SBC-BJP in 10 hours, it needs by-pass stops at UBL and GDG stations.
Because currently it consumes nearly 1.5 hours together at both stations including slack time and loco reversal.
