The AI ( voice assistant ) is Directing me to banking menus and guiding me in the banking app . Why not get it that i want to interact with a real person over the phone call …

@ICICIBank_Care ur helpline no. 18001080 is useless … nt lttng me talk to any of the cstmr care executives.. even i know that Interntnl debit limit can be ⬆️ ed via imobile / internet banking … but that is not fruitful thats why i m apprchng the cstmer care.
