@TWBFarms@sainsburys But this isn’t even to do with Net Zero, there is NO difference in the carbon footprint between brown and white eggs.
This is to do with trying to justify importing foreign white eggs, rather than paying the price for higher standard egg production in the UK
Upland farmers who farm on common land have found themselves excluded from future agri-environment schemes because the computer software prevents their applications.
This is a disaster for hill farmers, our environment, and our tourism economy.
I'm fighting to get this fixed.

Most people don’t realise where the £180 million actually went at the A303 Stonehenge tunnel project.
It wasn’t construction.
It was years of:
• Environmental impact assessments
• Heritage & archaeological studies
• Legal challenges and consultations
• Design, engineering and traffic modelling
• Public inquiries and revisions
All before a single shovel hit the ground.
This is the real problem in Britain:
We don’t just waste money, we build systems that guarantee it.
£180 million to build nothing.
It's no longer OK for you to sit in the house of Lords because your dad did.
But if your mate put you there?
That's fine.
Neither of these really feel like democracy to me.
Listening the @BBCNews interviewing Steve Reed re Iran and fuel prices. Apparently petrol and diesel have risen 5p and 8p at the pump. Why has farm diesel for risen by 40p already?

Mixed farming brings al the sparrows to the yard, as much as the dream might be wild countryside, it’s not a big producer of food for birds especially this time of year. Mixed farming by its nature is the only producer of food for everything and everyone
