Innovation is rarely liked.

- Engineers don’t like the lack of PRDs.
- Execs don’t like an absence of timelines.
- Sales teams don’t like roadmaps that don’t include feature lists.
- Leaders don’t like discovery uncertainty.

It’s up to the PM to build buy-in for innovation.
