Sheriff Nanos claims that he never lied.
He also said the quiet part out loud. He plans on “turning the department over” and not letting the voters decide who will be elected next?

It should be said that the large majority of the Sheriff's Department are damn good people.
They work their asses off and take call after call and deal with the non-sense that happens upstairs.
@CaroleP0868 The large majority of the Sheriff's Department are damn good people. It’s a lack of leadership that’s the problem with corruption at the top.
Information about the alleged rape of a female deputy by PCSD Sgt. Ricardo Garcia.
Another deputy discovered the assault and called for help & Garcia texted Chief Joseph Cameron & he had another Sergeant contact Garcia as a union representative instead of stopping the assault.
Chief Joseph Cameron (Formerly Joe Harvey) was quick to ask for an outside Internal Investigation when Mark Napier was the Sheriff.

When Nanos is in office, they put Cameron in charge of IA and don’t conduct an IA since they are the ones who would be investigated. 🧐
You know Joseph Cameron is right, “the responsible thing to do is put everyone involved on this on admin leave…pending the outcome of both investigations.”
He was okay with it when Napier was Sheriff, but not now?
(From a Jan 2020 KGUN interview)
Former OVPD officer Dan Horetski was arrested in Michigan for soliciting a minor for sex.
This happened back in July, but yet, it hasn’t been in the local news anywhere.
He was also a school resource officer at CDO High School for several years.
