@TUIUKcares I have tried on several occasions to use this line however I have been contacted and left listening to a pre recorder message for 20 mins before giving up. Again more time out of my holiday that you charged £4,600 for. I don't want nothing more than the upgrade charge refunded

Sure you get tweets like this all the time but lots of problems, lost contracts, promises of resolution but never any action to, wait for it...lack of oxygen for an ill passenger. @Mattallwright
