TUI Problems

Had problems with TUI? The company that says they put you in the middle? You're not alone. Please follow - hoping to get a group together for @BBCwatchdog

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

Hey @TUIUKcares this account may seem insignificant right now, but we've gained 45 customers of yours, in two days, that are unhappy with the way you have treated them. That number will only grow & we will spark the interest of some media outlet at some stage. Stronger Together.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

An absolute gaggle of cunts within 50 yards. @YPLAC

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@Mossey_8 She’s got the same tattoo as you.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@CrgMcd @TUIUKcares @Everyone Wow!! That’s some delay with no contact from this awful company.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@TUIUKcares @MarkLeadbetter7 @ABTAtravel @TUIUK Well at least they’re honest. They normally say ‘we’ll get back to you within 28 days’.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@Stuart1970mills @Mattallwright @BBCWatchdog Shame I’m not on Facebook. Seemingly there’s a lot of disgruntled customers and a shame nobody is picking up on it....yet.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

Hey @Mattallwright we’re building a following of people with issues with TUI. What do we need to do to get the interest of @BBCWatchdog ?

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

A happy ending (of sorts). https://t.co/ZDIbRL9XGL

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@Bailey3Annette Unbelievable.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@sezswain84 @TUIUKcares @TUIUK @BBCWatchdog Hope your experience is different.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@sezswain84 @TUIUKcares @TUIUK @BBCWatchdog My experience is face to face or on the phone they apologise and say things like that but the reality is different. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@michelle_butch @LastChoice18 @BBCWatchdog The more people we can get involved the better. Any media attention would be a positive. Every follower on here has terrible experiences with TUI

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@sezswain84 @TUIUKcares @TUIUK That's the 'aim'. They told me the same, I'm still waiting 7 months later. Thats why I've created this account in the hope we can get enough followers to hit up @BBCWatchdog please follow.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@michelle_butch @LastChoice18 I have a similar experience Michelle which is why I started this account. Please follow. I’m hoping to get enough followers to be able to approach @BBCWatchdog and for them to take up the story.

[Mark Leadbetter @MarkLeadbetter7]

@TUIUKcares I have tried on several occasions to use this line however I have been contacted and left listening to a pre recorder message for 20 mins before giving up. Again more time out of my holiday that you charged £4,600 for. I don't want nothing more than the upgrade charge refunded

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

Sure you get tweets like this all the time but lots of problems, lost contracts, promises of resolution but never any action to, wait for it...lack of oxygen for an ill passenger. @Mattallwright

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@MarkLeadbetter7 @ABTAtravel @travolution @TUIUK @TUIUKcares If it’s any consolation, I bet the German rep is just visible but equally as inept, but unless you speak German you’ll never know. All a ruse.

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@MarkLeadbetter7 @ABTAtravel @travolution @TUIUK @TUIUKcares 🤷🏻‍♂️

[TUI Problems @ProblemsTui]

@oscar8516 @TUIUKcares I emailed the the TUI directors, was promised a reply within 28 days - that was 7 months ago and I'm still waiting which is why I've created this account in the hope we can get enough followers to hit up @BBCWatchdog please follow.
