@BritishGasHelp Nope nowhere near sorted. Passed from Residential to Business when asking for a supervisor by 3rd person, then 5th person said they would take charge who then again passed me on to Business for a residential property. After 2h46m I gave up. No meter reads, no payments required

Appt booked for today 8am-10am on 29-08-22. No show, spent 2h46m to 6 different ppl to find out why, no answers. My gas account is showing as “Inactive”. In which case, inactive means no reading, means no bills, means no BG payments. #BritishGas
