@tracywalsh69@AnakinDryTalker@sarahnoblexxx@CharlotteShep@tammymcminn@easyJet I'm not saying it's right at all, definately it's not right people are on the phone or website all day, I was pretty frantic myself till I saw the app tip. But people seem to be going totally bonkers, though guess that's the nature of twitter!
@AnakinDryTalker@tracywalsh69@sarahnoblexxx@CharlotteShep@tammymcminn@easyJet I'm sure they don't mean to be sneaky. It's not in their interest to upset the customers who they need. We're all sensitive and this is probably the last straw for a lot of people, so it's a good thing to focus your pent up anger and frustration on (maybe!) It's not good though!
@tracywalsh69@AnakinDryTalker@sarahnoblexxx@CharlotteShep@tammymcminn@easyJet My totally uneducated guess is that the booking bit of the website can handle higher load, but not many normally try to change flights at the same time, so it isn't designed to cope with that - all of us trying to rebook as soon as a schedule is out. Quite unprecedented I'd say.
@JoBarker6 As I understand it if the flight is cheaper than what you paid, then it just gets changed at £0 cost, no refund is applicable, on the other hand any more expensive flight will be charged for the extra cost. Fair? Well they waived the change fee, so swings and roundabouts maybe?
