@NeedhiBhalla In addition to this issue of valuing publications, I think a lot about who has access to high quality reviews. Researchers from non-R1 inst. have less access to critiques from experienced colleagues if their MSs donโt get sent for review.
Need advice: I am trying to bring a student from Iran to my lab in a VISIT visa. Although she has all the paperwork and bank statements to demonstrate she has required funds, the US embassy in Turkey denied her visa, saying they did not believe she had the funds. How can I help?
