Afro-Hair discrimination is something all schools should be aware of and acknowledging

[World Afro Day® @worldafroday]

Who has the greater opportunity to shape lives, Headteachers or CEOs?

It's a question we've been reflecting on as we prepare for the 10th World Afro Day®.

As we look ahead to the next 10 years, we're excited to begin more conversations with CEOs and business leaders.

Teachers - read this BEFORE the official Govt #oracy framework lands

[Ian Cushing @ian_cushing]

our linguistic justice oracy framework intervenes prior to the publication of the ‘official’ DfE framework. it offers a vision for an anti-racist and anti-ableist oracy which sustains the linguistic dexterity that all children bring to school with them. https://t.co/eLLKopUCVq

[Black Lives Matter (BLM) @Blklivesmatter]

To celebrate our 13th anniversary, we're proud to launch the inaugural Dreamers & Disruptors Awards, honoring seven individuals across BLM's core pillars, including the next generation of leaders, who are helping shape Black futures and move the work forward. ✊🏾

Here's a great opportunity for London-based art students to see a screening of 'Pakistan’s Best Kept Secret: Lahore Museum', followed by a Q&A with @aakhtar If you have students who are looking at different cultures, this would be an excellent way for them to add depth to their research.
