A man who stood his ground for women's rights, and when the personal cost took it's toll, he still stood tall. He is a legend and inspiration to me. Thank you @Glinner for not giving into the mob ❤
Great update and thread here around the ruling that mixed sex toilets in schools are discriminating against girls. Call out any school that suggests this. Putting girls in hugely vulnerable situations to placate a tiny minority or to save a bit of space is wrong!
The Scottish Court of Session has just ruled that providing multi-user unisex toilets in a primary school amounted to indirect sex discrimination against female pupils.

I emailed the Queensland Greens today to resign from the party I founded. I’m very sad about this as the Greens was a major part of my life’s work. However, their support for gender extremism, their rejection of freedom of speech and their refusal to see the world in any other terms than the narrow class bubble they are in meant I had little choice.
I shall be looking to support progressive community independents who are good on the environment and are committed to changing the Sex Discrimination Act and banning puberty blockers.
More on this soon.
Restore Britain has today filed formal complaints with the BBC and Ofcom regarding the BBC’s decision to exclude the party from its Question Time by-election special.
The complaints raise serious concerns about the BBC's compliance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code during an active electoral period.
The BBC owes the voters of Makerfield an explanation, and we have today referred the matter to Ofcom, calling on the regulator to urgently examine whether the corporation has met its legal obligations.
We are calling on Ofcom to assess the complaint as a matter of urgency ahead of polling day.
The BBC must provide its full editorial rationale for the exclusion.
We want answers.
Belatedly, a government guidance document upholds the Supreme Court ruling that a woman is – guess what? – a woman. 70 MPs have signed a rearguard motion opposing it. Presumably they think a man is a woman if he says he is. Among them is Layla Moran, for whom I used to vote.
A useful list of the MPs who don’t appear to believe biological women are entitled to single sex services (on the grounds that they oppose the latest guidance from the EHRC).
Alarmed that there appear to be (at least) 42 of them.

Why has @BelTel illustrated this story with imagery from a trans rights rally? It’s lazy, misleading journalism. Not every issue affecting women should be framed through the lens of the so-called “culture wars”.
This is an important ruling about women and it should be treated as such.
@JournalismSEEN@SexMattersOrg@ForWomenScot
STATEMENT Today the courts told us that we will have to wait until December to present our case that @EqualityCommNI should be doing their job. In the meantime "in the absence of guidance, our sex based rights are being undermined."
This is a shocking decision by the @BelTel to use an image of a trans rights march instead of an image of women. It is women's rights that are being destroyed. A shameful ideological position.
@BlaireWhite Previously, i just dismissed her. Watched a documentary on her and thought "to each their own", just another grifter going to extremes for the dinero.
But this is another level.
Of course women don’t confront men in female-only spaces. The man’s presence is the confrontation. Most women are sensible enough not to pick a fight with a man who has just demonstrated his contempt for their boundaries.
Unison want the UK to be Australia.
They want female only spaces to disappear which requires the legal abolition of the concept of women in law. That in turn defeats gay rights and makes it illegal for lesbians to meet without men
This is deeply misogynist and it’s homophobic
Doesn't matter what side of this debate you're on. The manger here is 100% right. It's not his job to set policy. If you want to make a point, take it to the company directors. Leave ordinary staff members out of it.
Follow the logic.
Women are deluded and naive for thinking predatory and violent men can be kept out of women-only spaces. ‘They can rape you anywhere.’
However, trans-identified men can only be safe in women-only spaces, because no abuser would ever follow them in there.
48 year old man blaming "middle-aged" women for something or other. Never seen a women blame "middle-aged" women for something. Unless its petimenopause...but you'll never how that feels 🙂
The Trans issue is like napalm in the UK because it takes everything STALE and DEADENING in the British psyche and mixes it together.
The parochialism.
The regressive, paternalistic attitudes about women
The cruel delight in putting people in their place.
This isn’t really about trans women. It’s about the UK’s social decline. It’s a country that has gone backwards from the cool class mobility of the Spice Girls to something fearful and controlling.
I’m not sure what the best of British culture is, but what we’re seeing is the ass end of it. It’s literally Gamergate with dreadful middle-aged women.
What's disgusting and humilating about being treated as a man? I find is sexist/misandrist to suggest that. Whilst men dont belong in female spaces, its abhorrant to me to suggest that there's any shame in being a man.
If you are a woman who is trans, who has led a normal working life for years, female pals in the office, your employer must suddenly start treating you as a man.
Just think how traumatising and humiliating that is. Disgusting.
Cruelty and shame are the point. @bphillipson@UKLabour@EHRC
