Just noticed that the blue of the "thin blue line" flag (sable, a fess azure) isn't thin. It is in fact the Black Flag of anarchy, differenced (as is common with that flag) to specify which of the many forms of anarchism the flag-flier adheres.

It is the flag of anarcho-fascism.
