@RedSaluteIn In comparison the business per employee is very high in public sector banks…… therefore we can not compare customer service of PSB & Private sector banks . Salute to PSB employee who are doing good job despite heavy load.

@kmarkri Working on Holidays in case of exigencies or as per requirement of bank is part of banking job ….. but employees should be suitably compensated for working on holidays / Sundays …. May be paid double the diem allowance or any other amount fixed by the bank .
