This is not a border dispute. This is a humanitarian crisis.

Since May 2026, India has forcibly pushed over 2,500 people into Bangladesh without due process, court proceedings, or diplomatic coordination. Between May 4 and May 15 alone, 370 people were pushed in, including minors, pregnant women, and elderly individuals. Some arrived barefoot, starved, and tortured.

In Benapole's Sadipur border, BSF opened the border fence at night to force 13 people including women and children into Bangladesh, leaving them stranded in no man's land for 3 days in open weather.

In Jhenaidah, 30 to 35 people were transported to the border in a prison van by BSF.

Human Rights Watch has confirmed India is specifically targeting Bengali-speaking Muslims without verification of nationality. Many are Indian citizens with pending court cases.

Today, BGB foiled 10 separate push-in attempts across 8 districts in just 24 hours.

In May alone, 4 Bangladeshi nationals were killed by BSF. 3 by gunfire. 1 by torture.

This is state-sponsored violation of international law.

২০২৪-এ শেখ হাসিনার নেতৃত��বে কাজ শেষ হলেও, অবৈধ ইউনুস সরকারের আমলে শুধুমাত্র অপারেটর নিয়োগ করতে না পারায় দেশের জ্বালানি নিরাপত্তার জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এসপিএম প্রকল্পটি আজও অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় পড়ে আছে। প্রকল্পটির ব্যয় ছিল ৮০০০ কোটি টাকা। এতে এক মাসের ক্রুড অয়েল এবং ৭৫ হাজার টন পরিশোধিত ডিজেল মজুদের ব্যবস্থা রাখা হয়েছিল। মোট ২২০ কিলোমিটার দীর্ঘ পাইপলাইনের মাধ্যমে ইস্টার্ন রিফাইনারিতে জ্বালানি পৌঁছাতে সময় লাগার কথা ছিল মাত্র ৪৮ ঘণ্টা। বিচক্ষণতার সাথেই প্রকল্পটিতে ডিজেল ও ক্রুড অয়েলের ওপর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়েছিল। কিন্তু গত ২০ মাসে একটি অপারেটরও নিয়োগ দেওয়া গেল না। অথচ আমরা দেখেছি—বিদ্যুৎগতিতে গোপন বন্দর ও বাণিজ্য চুক্তি সম্পন্ন হতে। রাপদ, তুমি কোথায়? আমাদের যখন এত বড় সর্বনাশ হচ্ছিল, তখন তুমি আর লিখলে না কেন?
