Quadrangle leaseholders have written to freeholders, Sanhall GR, to explain our frustration about inaction over cladding. Nearly two years after Grenfell and a visit from the Manchester Fire Service and STILL no news about our ACM cladding and the urgent need for its removal.

Justice must prevail. At The Quadrangle we cannot move home, cannot sell, skip several heart beats when the fire alarm sounds and, after MONTHS, have still not had a penny of the remediation fund money. And WE ARE THE LUCKY ONES! We have ACM cladding. Come on Mr Jenrick: ACT!!
