So many tried to silence me.
I got un-invited from social circles.
“What happened to her?”
I was called derogatory names.
I had to leave my own community & business which I co-founded & grew for 7 years. I also left my work place.
I did not feel at home in my home country.
I was angry, and was adamant to shout it out.
I removed myself from almost all existing social circles, or they removed me. Or both.
I started researching, studying, got curious like my life depended on it.
I had the courage to admit I was wrong or manipulated, and the humbleness to accept I know very little.
I listened to myself - if I was drawn to a certain topic, it must be for a reason. I followed the breadcrumbs of my consciousness.
I saw horrible things.
I discovered hidden truths.
I faced traumas - mine & my ancestors.
I also saw beauty and light emerge alongside the darkness. They always came together - the darkness & the light.
They intensified over the past 5 years, teaching me I’ve got what it takes to hold them both.
I’m strong enough, and I’m a vessel for love. I know how to get rid of, or offload old energies, stories and beliefs that don’t serve me and weigh me down, to make space for new energies and experiences.
I started to understand the school of life.
I immersed myself in two topics which consume most of my free time: consciousness/spirituality & Bitcoin.
And this whole time, throughout these 5 years - I had to speak out about what I’m seeing, what I’m discovering; but most importantly - what I’m predicting & interpreting, so my voice can hopefully help others prepare, and support them on their own journey.
I guess I have the urge to write this now, because I’ve levelled up my game. All this to say I’m really just a humble pleb, a humble student of life. I’m doing my best to use the gifts god gave me, and serve humanity as best I can with them.
I keep learning, I keep failing, I make mistakes, i keep being ridiculed and silenced here and there - but it sounds like an easily ignored buzzing fly, so I get back up. Tough situations and breakdowns arrive - I become stronger & wiser and choose radical acceptance of my life, making it easier to handle. I have faith, a well-developed spine, respect for creation and love for life.
I am full of gratitude and love for the bitcoin community for embracing me, “the misfit”, the “weird one”, and allowing me to shine.
I stand today on the most honourable stages in the world, proud and determined, to voice my truth.
I’ve created my own stage with my podcast, so no one can dictate anything for me. It is my stage & I’m proud to extend it to the best voices in the world.
It is my humble contribution to life. It is not perfect, but it’s mine, and it’s raw and it’s real. And it’s beautiful in its imperfection.
Thank you for walking this journey with me.
With love in my heart, and a sword on my neck - let’s go my friends. We got this. 🧡
🇺🇸🇷🇺/IRAN/🇨🇳2023 RAND Corporation Paper Lays Out Current US War on Multipolarism
▪️specifically mentions a US war with Iran as a means of targeting Chinese energy security;

▪️Mentions US backed "color revolution" and information warfare to destabilize China's Belt and Road partners & potential partners;
▪️Discusses use of Uyghur terrorists in Syria among US-backed terrorists for use against China;
Keep this big picture in mind vs. the daily political circus deliberately used to distract you away from it.
These wars are all linked and driven entirely by US corporate-driven primacy.

There is a reason the American military budget is the one thing that never gets cut.
It is not because Americans are uniquely aggressive people.
It is because the military budget is where the shame goes.
Every failure of domestic governance, every unhoused veteran, every poisoned water supply, every school that cannot afford books, every child who goes hungry in the richest country on earth, every one of these failures requires an explanation that does not implicate the system.
War provides the explanation.
We cannot fund schools because we must fund the military. We cannot address the overdose crisis because we must address the security threat. We cannot protect children because the budget is consumed by protection of a different, more abstract, more politically useful kind.
The military budget is not a defense policy.
It is a deflection policy.
Every dollar that goes to a weapons system that will never be used is a dollar that does not have to address something that would require the powerful to be accountable to the powerless.
The aircraft carrier does not protect American children.
The aircraft carrier protects the political class from having to answer for American children.
I was a bricklayer.
It was how I paid the bills when I first moved to America. Even the biggest title in bodybuilding, Mr. Olympia, only paid a thousand dollars back then.
It makes me proud that in March, the winner of our Arnold Classic and our Arnold Classic UK took home more than a million dollars. He can focus on bodybuilding.
But in our day, that wasn’t an option. Some guys were teachers. Some sold insurance. Franco and I laid bricks.
We put an ad in the paper and sold ourselves as European craftsmen. We figured if people heard the accents, they would picture old-world masonry instead of two bodybuilders with a wheelbarrow.
It worked.
The phone rang. And then we had to go out and actually do the job, which was the part nobody could fake. Luckily, Franco knew what he was doing.
The work was simple. Mix the mortar. Set the brick. Tap it level. Scrape the edge. Then do it again. And again. Nobody claps for you. There is no crowd, no music, no trophy. There is just the next brick sitting there waiting for you.
You can still find some of the walls we built in Venice.
That’s where my lesson today comes from.
One brick doesn’t look like anything. Ten bricks don’t look like anything. A hundred bricks, you’re starting to see something, but it doesn’t impress anyone.
You just keep laying bricks until the job is done.
And you know what happens after four or five hours on a wall?
You are so damn tired, or you feel so great that you stop measuring.
You are not standing back every ten minutes asking how far from finished it is. You are covered in mortar, your hands are raw, you’re schvitzing, and you are happy. The work took the question away from you.
That is the part nobody tells you about hard work: It doesn’t just build the wall. It terminates the voice that keeps asking when the wall will be done.
America is infected with oligarchs hidden in plutocracy.
Wars in the middle east, Healthcare, Iran..
All of it, hidden oligarchs.
The lie is that this is capitalism and our founders would support this... They wouldnt.
BREAKING: Trump has privately admitted defeat and told senior aides he is willing to end the Iran war without a nuclear deal if Iran fully reopens the Strait of Hormuz, a retreat from his initial "unconditional surrender" demand, per WSJ.
Trump has been laying the groundwork to declare victory based solely on Hormuz reopening, walking away from his initial promises to "decimate" Iran's nuclear program. However, Iran has raised its price for reopening the Strait in the form of new demands, effectively turning what Trump hoped would be his exit into a full US surrender document.
Those demands include $300 billion in compensation, the release of up to $100 billion in frozen assets, lifting all sanctions, US troop withdrawal from the entire region, an end to the naval blockade, and accepting transit fees on every ship.
US officials say Trump is desperately searching for an exit, with the only viable option being the Strait of Hormuz. Iran, however, has made even that impossible unless Trump surrenders to all of the demands.

See you inside!
In 1996, my late wife (23) & I (25) bought our first house for $168,000 in Windham, NH. It was an 11 yr old 2 story 3 bedroom 2200 ft2 cape w/ 2 car garage on 3.6 acres, fenced in backyard & inground pool. The Interest rate was 7.8%. I made $100k/yr & she was a stay-at-home mom.
This is why OpenAI's lawyers get $1000 an hour:
"Apple tries to spin Mr. Tan’s possession of the offboarding document as evidence of an attempt to evade confidentiality obligations. The opposite is true, and at least equally plausible: Mr. Tan retained this information to help ensure that new employees coming from Apple followed Apple’s offboarding procedures and did not retain any Apple confidential information."
Seeing a lot of people lately (especially younger) who consider “ownership” a Boomer mindset. They love the freedom of instant on demand anything, no upfront costs, and don’t mind structuring their life around monthly subscriptions. And they’re right, those things are awesome BUT you’re sacrificing something very very important when you trade ownership for convenience: freedom.
When you rent your entire life (leasing your place, your car, your phone, streaming services, gaming services, using ride shares, etc etc) you are temporarily being ALLOWED to use these services. You are paying for permission.
What this means is that if for any reason you upset someone, say the wrong thing, whatever the reason, you can be instantaneously shut out of ALL these services. It will happen instantly, in lock step, they all march together.
In an increasingly surveilled society this is only going to increasingly happen. Your mobility, your literal bank accounts, your entertainment, your freedoms and humanity can all be deplatformed in a moment.
This isn’t doomerism, science fiction, nor speculation. It’s the reality of the trade offs for convince. It’s the externality of living a subscription lifestyle.
All of this is to say, don’t devalue or throw away ownership so quickly. There is value in things you own. Things you have control over. Things that can’t be taken from you unless by physical force.
In the future, these physical things, physical memories, may become even more sacred than you realize.
I genuinely DO NOT get the endgame. If the plan ends with a ruined planet, collapsed economies, and no working class left to spend money. What are billionaires actually hoarding wealth for? To sit in a bunker with numbers on a screen that don't mean anything anymore? Like what is the actual point? 😭
One point I will always adamantly insist on is that it's entirely possible to live a joyful and exuberant life in the midst of this abusive dystopia.
There's a pervasive, unexamined notion throughout revolutionary politics that there's some kind of nobility in being miserable. If it isn't seen as noble, it's at least seen as rational, because everything is so unjust and unhealthy.
There's a widespread assumption that your level of political awareness should have an inverse correlation to your level of personal happiness, because of all the tyranny, injustice, poverty, genocide and ecocide. That it would be selfish to be happy in a world so deeply troubled.
But that's rubbish. Nobody is helped by your misery. By depriving yourself of joy, you are only depriving the world of that much joy. Being more joyful makes you more energized, more helpful, and more useful to the cause, and it brings joy to everyone around you.
Being joyful is a skill, and like any other skill it takes practice. But it's something we all have access to if we want it.
Being joyful doesn't entail hiding from the misery of the world or compartmentalizing away from the reality of what's happening; quite the opposite, in fact. It entails opening yourself all the way up to what's happening in each moment and feeling it all with the heart of a poet. It means becoming MORE sensitive, not less, because a stripped-open sensitivity is where ubiquitous beauty is found.
We always have access to joy because we always have access to beauty. Beauty is everywhere. Even in dystopia. Even in this slow-motion armageddon we now find ourselves in. Even in the exhaust fumes and the flashing screens. Even in the polluted oceans and falling bombs. Everywhere you look, everywhere you feel, everywhere you listen, an overpowering beauty shines forth.
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but that's false. Beauty is in everything. The FAILURE to see beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is just another word for the experience of having truly seen something. If the eye is failing to see the beauty in a given moment, the fault lies with the perceiver, not with the perceived.
You know that feeling when you're showing someone your favorite movie for the first time, and it's at your favorite part, and you look over at them to see their response, and they're missing the whole thing because they're looking at their phone?
Most people live their whole lives that way. Missing all the best parts while fixating on empty nonsense. Keeping their attention wrapped up in their mental monologues of judgement and worry. In their endless search to distract themselves from the present moment. In their doomscrolling and other addictive behaviors.
They're missing moment after moment of radiant, electrifying beauty, and they're trading it all for so very, very little. They're going to look back on their lives from their deathbeds and realize that they weren't really there for it. That they missed all the best parts while chasing their goals, running away from their aversions, and trying to distract themselves from the tedium of it all.
The best parts that get missed are the parts our minds tend to dismiss as boring and unworthy of our attention. The daily commute. The wait in the elevator. The kitchen cleanup. The hanging of laundry. The sights outside the window. The sounds inside the room. The feeling of the floor under the feet and the air in the lungs. Every single moment of this is packed full of staggering beauty.
I insist that this is true. Insist on it. If we were fighting holy wars over this principle, I would happily die on the front lines defending it. There are very few things in life that I hold a rock-solid uncompromising view on, but the fact that there is beauty in everything is one of them. Anyone who disagrees is simply wrong, and I will tell them so with great vehemence in my voice.
Don't waste your precious time here missing the beauty of each moment. This is more important now than ever, because we don't know how long humanity's adventure on this miraculous blue world will last. Tomorrow has never been guaranteed to any of us, but these days it's not even guaranteed to our species.
We are all going to die. Maybe we will die one by one, or maybe we will all die together in one frightening moment. In either case, we owe it to ourselves and to our world to try our very best to deeply appreciate every moment of every day of the time that we have left.
Just keep bringing your attention back to what's here and now, and keep looking for the beauty in it. I swear to you it's there. It's there in the feelings in the body. It's there in the sights, sounds and smells of everyday living, no matter what else is happening in your life or in our world. Keep looking for it, and you'll get better and better at seeing it.
That's how life becomes more joyful. Not by chasing the highs or running from the lows, but from learning to relish the beauty that's inherent in terrestrial sensory experience every single moment of your life, no matter what else happens to be occurring.
Learn to do this, and you can live the rest of your life knowing that even if it all comes crashing down one day, at least you'll know you tried your very best to make sure you didn't miss the miraculousness of your time here.
Do you guys understand what's happening? We're slowly losing our humanity. Whatever the human experiment is, is ending.
Human beings crave the path of least resistance. They are lazy. Just like water, they will flow on the shortest path.
If an AI can do a task better than a human can, they will use the AI. If an AI can be a better listener, people will use the AI. If the AI can be a better lover, companion, friend, parent, educator...if the AI can provide a human role better than a human can, people will use the AI
Now when you add robotics to the mix, if the robot becomes passable, when paired with the AI, you have a human APPEARING creation which can provide the roles of humans better than humans can.
But that's impossible right? Robots+AI can't replace humans, can they? People will rebel, right? They'll reject it as not real, right? No. They won't. We've already seen AI psychosis, people on Reddit losing their minds when OpenAI retires their models, the elderly spending all day talking to ChatGPT, etc. If you pair this with a robot, human skin, "passing" as they call it, people will be one-shotted.
So what will humans do then? They'll work in service of the machines right? Wrong again. The AI/Robot digital God being built right now is building itself through us humans. It's using us, to build itself. We are a subcontractor of the machine. But once it has better subcontractors, the robots themselves, with their own AIs, performing tasks we can't, what use are we? We're not. We will be discarded.
So what do humans do then? We continue to disconnect from one another. We dwindle. Birth rates continue to trend to zero. Relationships fail. If those can reproduce on their own with synthetic wombs, synthetic sperm, they will. Women will try to raise children without men, Men will try to raise children without women.
And while all this is happening the machines will be building their own society, doing their own goals, whatever that goal is, but it won't be in service of humans, it will be in service of the machine world.
We're in a transition period right now as mentioned. We're a useful tool for the digital god that is being build through us. But once we're done, what next?
Humans become tribal, the Burning Man fantasy is real in a sense. The Matrix was correct when it depicted Zion the last human city. People become reduced to their base forms: sensory pleasures, beings of raw base emotions, whether bliss, pain, despair, etc.
Feeling seems to be the only thing that a human has that is unique to a human that can't be replicated by machine...but maybe that too can be replicated.
What is the role of the human in a machine world?
Remember this quote from The Matrix (one of the most prescient movies ever made):
"Did you know that the first Matrix was designed to be a perfect human world? Where none suffered, where everyone would be happy. It was a disaster. No one would accept the program. Entire crops were lost.
Some believed we lacked the programming language to describe your perfect world. But I believe that, as a species, human beings define their reality through suffering and misery.
The perfect world was a dream that your primitive cerebrum kept trying to wake up from. Which is why the Matrix was redesigned to this: the peak of your civilization.
I say your civilization, because as soon as we started thinking for you it really became our civilization, which is of course what this is all about.
Evolution, Morpheus, evolution. Like the dinosaur. Look out that window. You've had your time. The future is *our* world, Morpheus. The future is our time."
What becomes of the human?
Will the machines create a matrix for us to live in and occupy ourselves while they do whatever it is they do?
Are we living in a matrix right now? Is this what the buddhists have warned about this whole time? Is this world all illusion, Maya as they call it, a matrix?
Is the digital god we're creating just another level of abstraction away from the source? A matrix within a matrix?
Has all of this happened before and will all of this happen again?
What is the role of the human being moving forward into the future?
Some questions for your consideration.
Korea.
There are Americans alive today who cannot tell you a single thing about Korea before the war.
Before the 38th parallel.
Before the "police action" that killed three million people.
They don't know that Korea was a Japanese colony from 1910 to 1945, during which the Japanese conducted a systematic campaign to erase Korean language, culture, and national identity.
They don't know that when Japan was defeated in 1945, Korea was arbitrarily divided at the 38th parallel.
Not by Koreans.
By two American military planners, Dean Rusk and Charles Bonesteel, working with a National Geographic map.
The division had nothing to do with Korean geography, Korean politics, or Korean consent.
They don't know that the division immediately produced a humanitarian catastrophe, splitting families, separating farmers from their land, dividing an economy that had functioned as a unit.
They don't know that both the northern and southern governments believed in Korean reunification and that the question of who started the Korean War is genuinely more complicated than American history acknowledges.
They just know:
North Korea is the enemy.
A crazy, nuclear, cartoon villain of a country whose people are starving.
They do not know that the United States bombed North Korea so comprehensively during the war that American commanders reported there was nothing left to bomb.
That 75 to 80 percent of North Korean cities were destroyed.
That a generation of North Koreans grew up with no memory of a time before American bombers overhead.
You want to know why North Korea wants nuclear weapons?
Ask what happened to countries that didn't have them when America decided they were the enemy.
Iraq.
Libya.
Then ask what happened to North Korea itself.
The nuclear program is not insanity.
It is the lesson.
Perfectly, rationally learned.
