If someone bet me ₦1M that I couldn't make money online in a brand new niche I've never entered before, this is exactly what I'd do on day one.
Morning:
Pick the niche.
Go to Reddit.
I don't care that I've never been in the niche before. What I care about is finding out what people are struggling with.
I'd spend about 2–3 hours reading posts, looking for recurring complaints, seeing the questions people keep asking, and paying attention to the exact words they use to describe their problems.
By the time I'm done, I should have a list of problems people are actively looking to solve.
Afternoon:
I'd pick one problem.
Not five.
One.
Then I'd use ChatGPT to help me create a PDF that solves that specific problem.
After that, I'd build a sales page in SystemeIo. Most of the copy would come from the research I already did because there's no better copy than the language your market already uses.
Evening:
I'd create 3 or 4 static ad creatives, write the ad copy, and launch the ads before going to bed.
The next morning, I'd have data.
Maybe people click but don't buy.
Maybe they don't click at all.
Maybe I get my first sale.
Whatever happens, I now have something to work with instead of sitting around guessing.
People think making money online starts with creating a product.
I don't think that's where it starts.
I think it starts with understanding a market.
Everything else comes after.
Listen...
Most times, it's not the ad.
But if it is, then it's either your messaging is wrong or your creative isn't grabbing attention.
One of my clients had been struggling with sales before she came to me to handle her ads.
I didn't just run ads for her, I first looked at what wasn't working.
Guess what?
Her webinar was 100% teaching instead of showing the transformation her audience could achieve.
That's the only thing we changed. Then I created ad creatives that clearly communicated the message.

The problem i see is some of you have very small budget and testing so much together spreading yourself thin.
if you’re on a very low budget, you’re better off just consolidating into one adset instead of having multiple $20 in different adset.

This is going to be very practical because at the end of this post.

No Digital Marketer will do this for FREE but because I want you to scale am happy to do it for you.
A VSL stands for a video sales later. If you are able create a highly converting one
You will sell your product, it doesn't matter if its high ticket or low ticket.
To get the best out of this funnel you need just 2 things
1. You need to be able to get them to watch till the very end.
2. You need to follow them up.
To get them to watch the video to the end your video should be short.
I recommend 10-15 minutes. You don't need to talk too much. As much as you want them to buy from you
Make it easier for them 🤷♂️
1hr is pure evil. No matter how interested they are they might not watch it in 1 sitting and make a decision.
I'd only advise to make a video a little bit above 30 minutes if you're selling a high ticket offer from 70k and above.
To record a VSL don't use a screen record of your power point.. NO
use a streaming platform like stream yard to go live. You can also decide to show your face while also showing your presentation.
It has a way of increasing trust from your audience.
This is the format that gets you results.
When creating your Video sales letter,
Start by calling out their problem
You'd see that when you review mine.
Call out the issues they face, then tell them what it has caused them.
Tell them you have a solution
Then show them results of people that have used your solution.
Go into showing them the solution, after that show them more results of people
That have used the solution and their testimonials.
They need to have a glimpse of what their life could be like after they have applied your solution.
Show them what they will learn from your offer and how it helps them scale
Add a few bonuses not part of what they are paying for (Free package)
Nigerians like to know they are getting more than what they paid for.
Drop your price. This is a build of momentum. As long as your offer solves their problem you will watch them buy.
Not everyone might watch the video, this is where a follow up comes in.

If you're using Ads-Group funnel
Drop your follow up messages in the group.
But it has to be done precisely. When you've gotten enough leads
Drop your VSL video for them to watch.
Craft out follow up messages that will lead them to take an action
Which is, watch the video.
Occasionally do a discount, don't misuse this. Jusy do it once In a while.
But everyday at least 3 times a day drop messages that the CTA is leading them to watch the video.
Implement this and you'd see results.

Using the Telegram DM funnel strictly
Here is how I did it (This knowledge is worth N50,000 but I'll share it here for FREE)

The Telegram DM funnel still works if you can solve these 3 problems 👇
1. Reducing the steps friction to minimize drop offs- This means people not completing the steps before seeing your offer because of many things to do.
2. A medium for following up on leads later
3. Getting them to save your number- This is important as well because if they save your number their story section will feature you and they also get notified when you post a story
Otherwise they can only see your story when they see your chats or profile.
4. Creating an urgency/Fomo for them to buy immediately not when they need it.
When I decided to test this funnel, I saw these problems, finding solutions was what gave me results.
So let's break it down
1. To solve the issue of drop offs, people not completing the steps before seeing the offer
You will need to sound more human with your Auto response. I don't advice using Emojis. Use the multiple message feature.
There is also a feature To mention their first name or last name to make it more personal. In your Tel Auto responder it is called Tag
To break your texts. Add a space of 3-5 secs between texts.
Nigerians don't like bots to respond to them, so you need to sound more human.
2. You need them to Join a community first. Don't tell them to save your number and type saved NO 👎
This is the normal step process people use
Ad→DM→Save number→Join community
→Get Vsl/sales page
The issue with this is many don't complete the process because it is long. Use this instead.
Ad→DM→Join community
→Get Vsl/sales page→Save number.
This works better because telling them to save your number first before anything either makes them just prompt for next response like saying "Saved" without actually saving.
Because they don't have all that time to waste
And you've not also proven your offer to be valuable to them.
Giving them a community to join for more information without any efforts first is better.
As they Join they prompt the next response from your Auto responder. Which gives them
Your offer. A VSl or a sales page.
Use a sales page with a 5 minutes video summary of your offer along side a detailed written explanation on the page.
If you must use a VSL. Make it short, 15 minutes is okay, don't make it long
30 minutes looks like a chore.
Don't say serious people will watch it. Its not about that its about the average phone user having a low attention span.
3. To get them to save your number this is what I do. After I've given them the offer
I set multiples messages to 15 minutes (900 secs) so 15 minutes after they have seen my sales page or VSl
Then I tell them why they should save my number. Now they have seen a reason to save it.
I set other multiple messages to do some quick follow up like
Hope you've seen this and you understand, is this a problem you have and do you think this is the solution?
4. This is how I create an urgency/fomo
Using this same multiple message at (900 secs) after it has sent the quick follow up message
After another 15 minutes (900 secs) its send a message telling them my actual price and the discounted price
Also telling them why they should key in because of limited slots.
After another 15 minutes another follow up message drops
Now this follow up message has a link to a particular story posted about my offer.
This triggers them to see my story if they haven't.
My story lasts for 45 hours so every 45 hours I update a new story and change the link in the auto responder.

Here are some of the most common reasons why a customer who made enquiries goes ghost:
1. This is usually the most common, and it's that even though they want the outcome, sometimes they haven't fully decided if they are ready to make that decision immediately. And once they find even the tiniest reason to postpone the purchase, they will.
2. They're comparing you to other options without telling you.
3. The person talking to you isn't the actual decision maker. They seemed interested because they genuinely are, but they need approval from a spouse, business partner, or boss. Rather than admit this and look like they don't have authority, they disappear.
4. Your price triggered sticker shock but they're too polite to say it directly. Instead of negotiating or asking about payment plans, they ghost because they assume you won't budge on price.
5. They got overwhelmed by too many options or too much information. You gave them a detailed proposal with multiple packages and add-ons, and instead of simplifying their choice, you complicated it. Decision paralysis kicked in.
6. Something urgent came up in their business or personal life that shifted their priorities. The problem you solve is still real, but it's no longer their most pressing concern. They plan to "come back to it later" but never do.
7. They realized they're not actually ready to do the work your solution requires. They want the outcome, but when they think about what's involved in getting there, they get intimidated and back out quietly.
8. They found a cheaper alternative or decided to try doing it themselves first.
Understanding these reasons helps you follow up better and close more deals instead of wondering what went wrong.
The other day I made a post about one of my stores generating $1,000 in 11 days.
Someone asked me a question that I missed.
By the time I got back to it, another person had replied saying the reason I wasn’t answering was because I was probably barely making any profit.

The truth is…
It doesn’t make any sense for me to share every detail of my business with complete strangers.
In my opinion, that’s just dumb.
The little I share is for the people who genuinely want to learn and the students learning from me.
If you saw the full picture, you probably wouldn’t believe it.
This is one product from one ad account.
The product has been running for well over 2 months.
Same offer.
Same sales page.
Same ads.
I haven’t changed anything.
I haven’t even increased the budget.
All I do is fund the ad account every week because my attention is on building and testing other products.
Meanwhile…
It just keeps selling.
Look at the cost per purchase.
Now look at the ROAS.
At its current pace, this product generates somewhere between ₦800,000 and ₦1,000,000 in profit every month.
Profit.
Not revenue.
And I’m barely doing anything with it.
The reason is simple.
It’s an evergreen product.
The problem it solves doesn’t disappear.
Every single day, new people enter the market with that problem.
Every single day, there are new buyers.
That’s why it’ll probably keep running till the end of the year.
Why am I sharing this?
Because too many people allow the negativity and fear-mongering on this app to shape the way they think.
People are making money.
Real money.
Not everybody, of course.
But enough people are that you owe it to yourself to stop scrolling, stop arguing, and start learning.
Shut out the noise.
Let the doubters keep doubting.
Put your head down.
Build.
Execute.
I genuinely wish I could share more.
Even the little I share makes me cringe.
But I do it because I know there are people out there who just need proof that this is possible.
