@BritishGasHelp I tried to switch to @OctopusEnergy but instead of switching me your team have somehow managed to disconnect me from the National Database. Calls to you call centre have not resulted in the issue being resolved. Last call was cut off! Please help ASAP

Is anyone else having issues with @VodafoneUK - I can call and receive calls from other Vodafone users but when any other network tries to call me they get the message it’s not been possible to connect your call.
