Old Malden councillor and Leader of the Opposition, Kevin Davis, has found himself in trouble after describing the Headteacher at Tolworth Girl’s School as ‘a twat’.
EVENT: Richard Challoner School in Malden Manor has an exciting concert coming up at St. Joseph's Church in New Malden. Featuring student & staff soloists in the schools choir.
The concert is around 1 hour & is the largest scale work the school has attempted. Go along & support!
Is it me, or does EVERY single tweet by #LE2018 campaigners for every party in every council begin with the cliche “great reception” or “fantastic response” on the door.
Call me cynical bit someone’s lying to someone somewhere... 🤔
#Kingston postal votes will have begun arriving today. You should expect several knocks on your door over the next few days if you registered to vote by post for the Local Elections.
Sorry everyone but due to technical difficulties we can’t broadcast tonight’s council meeting live. The audio recording will be available tomorrow morning on our website https://t.co/iwU3OElvJv
@MillsRyder@CoombeMonthlyEd You are partially right. If it had the unique reference number in the photo it would be against the rules, but I think that’s why he’s taken it from close up.
Are you ready for the #localelections on 3 May? Make sure you’re registered by 17 April or you’ll miss out! https://t.co/bzmmMjbYY3 #kingstonvotes#Got5
@RBKgreens @CoombeMonthlyEd Yes definitely, it’s not uncommon though. It can be a good indication of which seats parties feel are winnable. Phil Doyle is a good example of this. Conservatives have little chance in Grove/Norbiton so are trying Chessington.
@positive4KT2PPA @RBKgreens If any ward in Kingston see a @RBKgreens candidate elected it will be Chessington North or Canbury. If the group work hard it is entirely realistic to possibly see their lead candidate in Chessington North Elected.
.@RBKgreens have previously not done too well in Kingston. It should be noted however that target ward campaigning has paid off very well in other London boroughs with a number of single greens elected across the capital. Will Kingston be seeing green on 3rd May? https://t.co/xsi4UmYfxN
#CoombeHill is traditionally a safe seat for Conservatives. However, it has been announced that Tory Member Helen Hilton has quit the party and she is standing as a @RBKIndependents candidate after @RBKConservative gave the seat to a current Councillor for Alexandra Ward.
