I'm delighted to see what Andy Byford said about upcoming book: "Plotch and Nelles hit the mark with this tour-de-force review of major infrastructure project delivery and the golden rule of effective coalitions..."

@AylaSchermer Something similar happened to me summer of 21 on Ocean Ave. I managed to get the plate and the police was amazing. Dunno what the final outcome was, but I know tickets were issued to the owner. Still, my bike was ruined.
@Colleenallreds I've been advocating for urban gondolas for years in JC and elsewhere. BRT is a great option if you have space, but metro NJ mostly lacks that. I've ran data on lines connecting EWR to HOB/JC/NYC that is fantastic. Gondolas are 0 emissions and generate massive tourism dollars.
@EnoTrans@profplotch The results have already shown an increase in local tourism markets, hotel bookings and other economic indicators. Also, I believe, there was some data on air quality and GHG emissions reductions, but I'd have to check. Good on ye, Phil!

Hey @NYTransitMuseum: You didn't want to sell my book "Last Subway" because it was "too political". That was a euphemism for an accurate portrayal of Gov. Andrew Cuomo. But, the coast is clear. You can put it on your shelves, now. #nypolitics#subway
This protected bike lane, under construction, will connect Jersey City to Observer Highway and is an important part of both cities’ Vision Zero plans. Thanks to @StevenFulop@BikeHoboken@bikejc & others for partnering with Hoboken on it. Looking forward to its completion!
Lots of insight on development of climate proof communities, from the positive example setting and physical adaptation interventions to the not so positive catering to the well-to-do’s. #ClimateAction#ClimateJustice#Equity4Life#HurricaneSandy
Build it and they will ride, (historic) Belgian edition.
The 1933 Sint Anna tunnel in #Antwerp allows pedestrians and cyclists to cross *under* a river as wide as the Hudson.
