Do not rent with @Avis! A thread: My wife and I took our 9mo daughter to Chicago last week and rented a car with an infant seat - only to find out they HAD NO INFANT SEATS - not available, just didn't have them. Their solution was for us to go buy one from the local Target...

And when we go to return the car, they try and hit us for a $450 "smoke smell". My wife and I don't smoke, and would certainly never smoke in a rental car… an awful convenient coincidence that this was added...

@AmericanAir sitting in DFW trying to go to LAX with a full 777 flight. First plane had maintenance issues, second one brought out somehow also had maintenance issues. No vouchers offered or any kind of assistance. A lot of unhappy customers in Dallas right now...
