LOVE: Katharine Birbalsingh says the West has spent decades teaching kids to loathe their own nations, and the children are the victims. Her solution is the one the establishment fears: teach them to love their country. Common sense, finally.
There are no words that can describe the extent to which I loathe this cancerous parasite, @BernieSanders. He has achieved nothing in his entire career whereby he has relied on the taxpayers to fund his utopian delusional revolution.
Stop what you are doing and watch this video. Our entire society has been brainwashed over generations against itself. Our kids will be the final victims if we don’t reverse course now.
Mayim Bialik (@MissMayim) says COVID radically changed how people treated anyone who asked questions.
“I’m a bleeding-heart liberal…The notion that if I questioned what we were doing about school closures, church closures, BLM marches—I just wanted to talk about it. And even in my own home, it did not always feel safe.”

The bigger the wedding, the bigger the divorce.
Divorce lawyer James Sexton says he’s seen it over and over: massive rings, endless parties (engagement, bridal shower, bachelorette, rehearsal, wedding, reception, brunch, honeymoon), and performative spectacles often signal trouble ahead.
He’s not against celebrating love, but the wedding industrial complex has turned it into something narcissistic and unsustainable.
What’s your take, do you think extravagant weddings are a red flag for future marriage problems?
I guess the propaganda influencing older women to divorce their husbands and framing it as “empowering” is working. Who wants women divorced and alone?
The data say men are first to say “I love you”, first to ask for exclusivity, last to break up and (in everyday terms) are the more anxious half (about the status of male-female romantic relationships as they form). Runs counter to the popular narrative… or does it?
Men do the right thing even when they don’t feel like it.
Relationship expert Alison Armstrong says this is one of the biggest things women don’t understand about men: Honor.
Men will walk away from a woman they deeply love if they believe they can’t give her what she needs, because it would be dishonorable. Women often assume protection and commitment only exist when a man likes them and isn’t angry.
The gap in how men and women see honor and duty is massive.
What do you think, is this idea of honor still alive in modern relationships, or has it faded?
For those worried the church will change the Family Proclamation, @OaksDallinH lays down yet another anchor.
“When Jesus was on the earth, He taught the full doctrine of Heavenly Father’s plan for the eternal progress of His children. Some truths were lost in the Apostasy or diluted by mortal philosophies, so a restoration was needed, President Oaks taught. One of those fundamental points of doctrine was exaltation in the celestial kingdom through eternal marriage between a man and a woman.”
“There are many political, legal and social pressures for changes that would change the definition of marriage or de-emphasize its importance, confuse gender, or homogenize the differences between men and women that are essential for us to accomplish God’s great Plan of Happiness,” he said. “Our eternal perspective sets us against such changes. We believe that we must contend for the kind of families that provide the best conditions for the development and happiness of children — all of God’s children.”

I get blown away every time I read this paragraph by Carl Jung:
To love someone else is easy, but to love what you are, the thing that is yourself, is just as if you were embracing a glowing red-hot iron: it burns into you and that is very painful. Therefore, to love somebody else in the first place is always an escape which we all hope for, and we all enjoy it when we are capable of it. But in the long run, it comes back on us. You cannot stay away from yourself forever, you have to return, have to come to that experiment, to know whether you really can love. That is the question-whether you can love yourself, and that will be the test.
Mark Cuban says taking out a loan to go to college is the dumbest thing you can do
"If you can't afford it you can't afford it. Don't take out a ton of loans and f#ck up your future"
"I tell people go to community college. Accounting class is accounting class whether it's at a community college or at Harvard"
"The delta between the most basic four year school and the best public universities is really small"
