Read that again.

BEHAVIORAL. COMPLIANCE. FRAMEWORK.

They were never teaching your children. They were **programming** them. The same way you program software. Input. Process. Output. Repeat for 12 years until the human being becomes a predictable, controllable unit.

Because a creative mind QUESTIONS. And a questioning population cannot be governed by the few.

In 1996, a classified study — **PROJECT COMPLIANT MIND** — was conducted across 14 school districts. Funded through DARPA's behavioral sciences division. The study measured how curriculum sequencing affected "authority acceptance indexes" in children aged 6-12. The results were never published. The program was expanded nationally the following year.

The Antichrist

In my own research, I have found that when it comes to Bible prophecy, God often does not name names. Instead, He gives a description. He tells us where a power comes from, what it does, what it teaches, how it treats God's people, how long it exists, and what happens to it in the end.

Moreover, God usually gives these details in different places throughout the Bible. One passage gives one clue, while another passage gives another clue. As we put the clues together, a picture begins to form.

Furthermore, when studying prophecy, we should not decide on an answer first and then look for verses to support it. We should, on the other hand, let the Bible build the picture for us. Then we compare that picture with history to see who fits the description.

Just like a police sketch, a witness may not know a person's name, but they can describe the person's height, hair, face, clothing, and other features. The more details they give, the easier it becomes to identify the right person.

Bible prophecy works the same way. God gives many identifying marks. One or two marks may fit several powers. However, when all the marks are put together, only one power will fit the entire description. That is how and why prophecy is meant to be studied.

Applying this paradigm to the Antichrist Power, Scripture again, begins by giving a profile. We do not start with Papal Rome. We will start with the Bible, to find out who fits every mark.

1. The beast rises from Rome.

Daniel saw four kingdoms:

Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome.

The little horn rises after Rome, among the divided kingdoms of Rome. Daniel 7:7–8, 23–24.

This means the Antichrist power must rise out of the Roman world, after pagan Rome breaks apart.

That already rules out Islam, modern atheism, America, and one future man.

2. It is not just political. It is religious.

Daniel says this power speaks “great words against the Most High” and attacks God’s people. Daniel 7:25.

Revelation says the beast receives worship. Revelation 13:4, 8.

This is therefore, a church-state power. Political authority with religious claims.

The papacy fits that exactly.

3. It rises among ten kingdoms.

Daniel says Rome would divide into ten horns. Daniel 7:24.

History shows Western Rome divided into kingdoms. Then the little horn rose among them.

The bishop of Rome did not rise in China, India, or Babylon. He rose in Western Europe, right where the Roman Empire divided.

4. Three horns are removed.

Daniel says three kingdoms fall before this power. Daniel 7:8, 24.

The Heruli, Vandals, and Ostrogoths opposed Rome’s religious authority and were removed, wiped out from history.

Most people miss this point because from here they jump straight to Revelation and skip Daniel. Revelation repeats Daniel. It does not replace it.

5. It claims authority over God’s law.

Daniel says this power would “think to change times and law.” Daniel 7:25.

This is not referring to civil law. This is referring to God’s law.

The papal system openly claims authority in religious law, worship, and sacred time. The Sabbath commandment points to God’s authority as Creator. Rome claims Sunday sacredness by church authority. This is one of the strongest marks.

6. It persecutes the saints.

Daniel 7:25 says this power wears out the saints.

Revelation 13:7 says it makes war with the saints.

This is not a small group with no power. This power persecutes over a long period of time. The medieval papal system used church and state power against dissenters, Bible believers, and reformers.

Furthermore, Revelation calls this power drunk with the blood of the saints. Revelation 17:6.

7. It rules for 1260 prophetic days.

Daniel says “time, times, and half a time.” Daniel 7:25.

Revelation says 42 months. Revelation 13:5. Revelation also says 1260 days. Revelation 12:6. This is the same period of time.

Using the Bible’s prophetic day-for-a-year principle, this equals 1260 years. See Numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4:6.

The papacy’s long political-religious dominance fits this period better than any other power.

8. It receives a deadly wound, then the wound heals.

Revelation 13:3 says the beast receives a deadly wound, then the wound heals.

The papacy lost civil power when the pope was taken captive in 1798. That was a wound.

However, the papacy did not disappear. Its influence returned. Today, world leaders still visit Rome. The pope speaks to nations. Religious and political power are joining hands again.

That fits Revelation 13.

9. It sits on seven hills.

Revelation 17:9 says the woman sits on seven mountains. Rome is famously the city of seven hills.

This is not a mystery when Daniel already describes the power as being part of the Roman world.

10. It is a “mother” church.

Revelation 17:5 calls her Mother of Harlots.

That means she has daughters. She is not just a pagan empire. She is a corrupted religious system that produces other corrupted systems.

Furthermore, the woman is dressed in purple and scarlet, has a golden cup, and is connected with kings. Revelation 17:4.

That is religious Rome with political influence.

11. It blasphemes.

In Scripture, blasphemy includes claiming God’s place and claiming power to forgive sins. See John 10:33 and Mark 2:7.

The papal system places a man as universal head of the church, claims priestly power over forgiveness, and gives religious authority to traditions above Scripture.

This fits the Bible’s definition.

12. It looks Christian, not openly pagan.

Many people do not realize that Antichrist does not only mean openly anti-God. It also means one who stands in the place of Christ.

Paul says the man of sin sits “in the temple of God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3–4.

That means the Antichrist is inside religion, not outside it.

The papal system claims to represent Christ while taking titles, powers, and authority that belong to Christ alone.

Conclusion

From Scripture alone, the Antichrist/beast power must be:

1. Roman
2. Religious and political.
3. Rose after Rome divided
among the ten kingdoms,
removing three powers.
4. Have persecuted saints.
5. Ruled for 1260 years.
6. Claims authority over God’s law.
7. Have received a deadly wound.
8. Recovered global influence.
8. Sits in the city of seven hills.
9. Acting as a mother church.
10. Claim powers that belong to God.

This is the picture the Bible draws. History then shows the face. We then look at history and ask, who fits the description? Only the papal system fits every mark. Not one mark, and not just three marks. The papacy fits all of them.
