AI agents let you connect LLMs to real-world workflows.
In this course, @ania_kubow shows you how to build and deploy an AI-powered Slackbot.
You'll use Node.js, Express, Slack Bolt, GPT-4, PostgreSQL, and Render to research and get new community members.

Anthropic engineer: "at Anthropic, we don't write prompts anymore. we build loops"
in 42 minutes, she shows how the Claude team creates loops that prompt themselves
if this cost $400, people would call it the best agents course of the year
it's free
watch it,
Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI):
"You don't need to write prompts anymore. You need loops and graphs that write them for you."
In 79 minutes he explains how to use LLMs better than almost anyone does
Prompts → Agents → Loops → Graphs
a loop closes one job without you
a graph decides which jobs exist and writes the prompt each one starts with
that is the whole difference between using AI and having AI work for you

how to use obsidian + claude code to build a 24/7 personal operating system and build your startup:
1. write everything in markdown (daily notes, projects, beliefs, people, meetings)
2. link your notes together so they mirror how your brain actually thinks.
3. install obsidian cli so claude code can read your entire vault + the relationships.
4. stop reexplaining projects every session. use reference files instead.
5. build custom slash commands:
/context → load your full life + work state
/trace → see how an idea evolved over months
/connect → bridge two domains you’ve been circling
/ideas → generate startup ideas from your vault
/graduate → promote daily thoughts into real assets
6. keep a strict rule: human writes the vault. agents read it, suggest, execute.
7. let claude aka clode surface patterns you’ve been unconsciously circling for years.
8. delegate from inside your notes. one sentence in obsidian → agent handles the rest.
9. treat writing as leverage.the more you write, the more context your agents have.
10. understand this:markdown files are the oxygen of llms.
i really enjoyed seeing how to use obsidian thanks to @internetvin
vin uses ai like a thinking partner wired into his life’s work.
99.99% of people won’t do this because it requires reflection + setup.
but once the vault exists, the agent stops being generic.
it starts thinking in your voice.
episode is live on @startupideaspod (more there)
this one is different. send this tweet to a friend.
im still processing how game changer obsidian + claude code is, maybe you too

HOW TO BECOME A FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER (53 MIN MASTERCLASS)
Some forward deployed engineers are getting PAID $1M+/year (kinda crazy, I know)
And I REALIZED almost nobody talks about HOW they do it in any detail. It's basically nowhere online.
So I asked someone who does it ALL DAY LONG for Fortune 500 companies to walk me through it, step by step. and he shares EXACTLY how he does it
https://t.co/uzgFccsgza
Here's what I learned:
1. They start by listening, not building. They interview the people doing the work and let agents quietly read the company's data for a few weeks. The real process is almost always 3x longer than the one on paper.
2. They sort every step into four buckets: delete it, automate it with a simple rule, give it to an AI agent, or keep a human on it. A surprising amount ends up in the first bucket.
3. They build inside the tools the company already uses. Nobody has to learn a new app. When a human needs to sign off, it's just a Slack message.
4. They use the cheapest model that gets the job done. Most of this work doesn't need the most expensive AI.
5. They measure everything before and after, then come back 6 months later and prove it worked.
This + concrete client examples + way more on today's episode of @startupideaspod (thanks to @vasuman)
A full course pretty much on the topic aivalable to you 100% for free.
This episode is for ANYONE who wants to be a FDE or who wants to make their company AI-native by deploying agents.

My friend Corey makes $1,000/hour doing the simplest AI business I've seen all year.
Only 5% of businesses use AI beyond ChatGPT, the other 95% need you.
He sits with a small business owner for 45 minutes, finds where they lose 5-10 hours a week, and prescribes off-the-shelf AI tools that fix it. He charges $999 for that assessment.
He's a doctor writing prescriptions. The tools already exist. He just knows which ones. Everyone wins.
50% of his clients then hire him to implement it, and that's where the $1,000/hour work comes from.
Corey came on the podcast @startupideaspod and gave away a full course for free.
Like actually the full way you can copy his system and run it yourself on your own:
- The exact offer (with a money-back guarantee that makes it a no-brainer)
- The 4-phase system to deliver it
- A template you can download and use today
- 6 things to upsell after the assessment
- 7 ways to get clients with zero audience and zero capital
Even if you never start this exact business, watching @coreyganim break it down will get your brain working on your own productized AI service. That's the real reason to press play.

Yeah, I know it's an hour. But if you're serious about startup ideas in the AI age right now, this is one of the most useful hours you'll spend all week. Corey holds nothing back.
I love this era. A laptop, a few conversations, and a real business.
Go get it.
Harvard professor David Sinclair has spent decades studying why we age.
He says 8 "normal" habits are proof that aging is a disease:
1. Eating breakfast every single day
SpaceXAI Just Released a Free 1-Hour Workshop on Building an Autonomous Company With GrokBot:
Three engineers start with nothing.
One hour later, they have a working company.
Prompt → GrokBot → Agent Roles → Product → Autonomous Company
04:10 — Build your first bot from scratch
28:38 — Put agents to work on real tasks
44:20 — Run a product without a traditional PM
52:25 — Build the founder’s stack and start shipping
Matt Palmer → Lauren Tan → Roshan Sadanani → Real Product
No theory. They build the company live, starting from zero.
This workshop is packed with more practical agent engineering than most $1,500 courses.

Someone literally put an entire AI engineering degree on GitHub and made it 100% free 🔥
523 lessons across 20 phases, with ~342 hours of material.
The whole curriculum is built around learning AI from first principles.
You start with the math, then implement the concepts yourself: backpropagation, tokenizers, attention, agent loops and more. Production frameworks come later, once you've already built the core mechanics by hand.
Every lesson runs these 5 steps:
Read the problem → derive the math → write the code → run the test → keep the artifact.
By the end of each lesson you have reusable: prompts, SKILLmd files, agent definitions, MCP servers you built yourself. The code runs in Python, TypeScript, Rust or Julia, depending on what fits the concept best.
The curriculum goes from linear algebra all the way to autonomous agent swarms, multi-agent coordination, production infrastructure, and AI safety.
It’s 100% free, open source, MIT licensed and available to clone and run locally. 65k+ stars on GitHub.

"Prompting will be dead in 6 months
Agent harnesses built with loops and graphs will replace it"
Agent → Harness → Feedback → Loops → Graphs → Self-Improving Systems
