@ecommcowboy@youderian@ecomfuelco I think it’s easy to get distracted with building things for the sake of it. But if you’re disciplined about building to solve real problems in your business + follow through on completion, people-profitability can be big.

Why does Shopify insist on sending the order confirmation email but gives zero visibility into measuring opens, clicks, etc? @harleyf I just wanna know how it’s performing and if we can improve it.
@codyplof Haven’t seen anyone else mention this but from my experience (granted a few years ago) you had to send review requests through judge me, not klaviyo, and once we switched to okendo our review take rate skyrocketed which then led me to believe judge me was landing in spam
