So apparently @zomato @zomatocare thinks that a slice of pizza eaten by their rider isn’t significant damage to my food….. also I did raise a complaint on the app but the chat bot doesn’t have a prompt for food eaten by rider. AND no call received from your end so disappointed

Terrible service. @zomato @zomatocare Your delivery agent has tampered with my food & eaten it. How do y’all hire people without background checks? If food is being tampered with, it is supremely unsafe. How disgusting is this? & The customer service bot on the app is even worse

Everyday the same terrible story at Veera Desai Road. It is depressing. It take over 45 minutes to cross the road from when you enter at GardenCourt.

@AmeetSatam can you please do something about the horrendous situation that Veera Desai Road is in?? Residents have been complaining for over a month now and no action is being taken. More and more things are being dug up and there is rarely @MTPHereToHelp to manage the traffic.
