@ttejaboo Oat sebenarnya takde la berkhasiat sangat pun. Kata boleh tahan lapar lama tapi sampai tengah hari kebulur juga cari nasi berlauk. Ni taktik marketing nak popularkan oat sebagai "healthy breakfast" sebab diorang boleh tanam oat jer.
