- Wake up early.
- No porn.
- Drink 3L water/day.
- Meditate 10 min/day
- Eat red meat
- Read 20 pages/day.
- Lift heavy.
- Track progress.
- Build skills, not followers.
- Cut sugar & junk.
- Network with winners.
- Ignore news & drama.
- Walk 10k+ steps/day.
- Plan your day every morning.
- Journal your wins & losses.
- Stretch or mobility work daily.
- Cold showers 1x/day.
- Limit social media to 30 min/day.
- Learn a new skill weekly.
- Avoid gossip & negative people.
- Review finances weekly.
- Sleep 7–8 hours/night
- Practice gratitude every day.
- Speak less, do more.
- Own your time since it's your most precious resource.

Do this and I promise you'll celebrate a whole different life by December 2026.

Nepal protest is primarily against corruption and misgovernance. Social media ban was just the tipping point.

Why is Indian Godi media misleading people by not showing the reality?
