โ Hereโs a simple example of the difference between $MU & $SNDK for my non technical followers.
Think of a massive AI data center as a high-tech kitchen.
Micron $MU provides the counter space (Volatile DRAM): It is where the chef rapidly chops ingredients and handles immediate computations. When the kitchen closes, the counter is wiped completely bare.
SanDisk $SNDK provides the pantry (Persistent NAND): It is where massive ingredients and recipes are permanently shelved and locked away for future use, completely safe in the dark when the building's lights are turned off.
