Minisiteri y'Uburezi ivuga ko uburezi ari kimwe mu bintu bikomeye bishobora kwifashishwa mu gukumira urugomo, kubungabunga amateka, guteza imbere ubwumvikane no kubaka umuryango urangwa n'amahoro kandi uzira umwiryane.

Inzibutso za Jenoside kandi ntizikwiye kuba ahantu ho kwibukira gusa, kuko ari ahantu h’ingenzi ho kwigira, gutekereza no kuganira ku mateka.
