Everything he is spouting is completely misleading. The only credible narrative shift is Goldman Sachs calling for a "ChatGPT Moment" for robotics 2-3 years away, yet the supply isnt there especially for crucial parts like magnets and only around 100 humanoid robots have been deployed for paying costumers globaly. Meanwhile China is already treating robotics as a national prioroty compared to the US, and the robotics they emply are industrial robots rather than the humanoid ones. For a full labor-replacement you are looking at at least 15 years away.

There was some genetic 'editing ' trick you could do in vivo to make sure the embryo only takes after the father, combined with the breakthroughs recently that makes it so you can do actual gene editing in embryos makes this a decently solved problem. Do not worry!
