A bug in our code resulted in a gang of bandits led by giant eagles pillaging local villages for their beds.

Turns out that having language as a single flag is a bug. Speaking and hearing/understanding matter.

Beds were higher valued items in that economy.

The new Retention Messaging API lets you show users custom offers when they try to cancel

You can:

- Offer a cheaper subscription
- Give them an exclusive discount
- Remind them what they’ll lose access to
- Show custom text and banners

Basically, you get one last chance to save a subscriber before they cancel
