An ongoing ICE @HSIMaryland probe with its @HSTFNCC partners led to a two-count indictment against a Maryland man and an illegal alien in a federal drug investigation.

U.S. citizen Jamar Rashard Whitaker and Salvadoran illegal alien Pedro Antonio Guardado Rivera face federal drug charges, while previously deported Guardado also faces charges for illegally reentering the country.

A search warrant resulted in the seizure of 49 grams of heroin, 31 grams of cocaine, various pills, and a handgun.

Sincere Whitaker, a U.S. citizen and the son of J. Whitaker, was also arrested and charged by Maryland for drug-related violations.
