@alawwalsabcare@alawwalsab there’s been a fraudulent transaction from my card two weeks back. I’ve been calling premier customer care and writing to my relationship manager with no response. This is easily the worst service I’ve seen in any bank/non bank.
What is to be done?!
@bookingcom what’s your policy on hosts misrepresenting their property on your platform and mistreating your guests? Are you completely powerless in resolving these issues?
@Saudia_Care why are you still selling Riyadh to Dubai tickets when all Dubai flights have been cancelled since the beginning of regional tensions? We reached the airport only to be informed that no flights had been flying since a month. Never using Saudia and complaining to GACA

@askhomecentre Folks, what is happening with you customer service in Riyadh?? Two deliveries, both horrible experiences. The delivery driver drops the items outside the house and simply walks off, refuses to respond. I've cancelled pending orders, will not be ordering from you.
@CareemUAE how exactly does one put in a complaint against a defective electronic product ordered from your platform given that there’s no contact number and the chat has been open and unaddressed for two days??
@makemytripcare@makemytrip@airindia been trying to change my flight date for two days now. Apps won’t facilitate and by the time your call center manually gets me the fare difference, the fare has risen. What non sense is this?! Where is a customer to go?
