@Warburtons hi there, on Tuesday I filled out a complaint, but heard nothing! Out of 10 farmhouse loaves purchased recently, at least 4 loaves have been bad quality with huge holes in slices. This was from the last loaf purchased! Not good enough that you haven’t got back to me.

Hi @OctopusEnergy first week of doing power downs! And have done two this week, and one Thursday which I gather will count towards next weeks. I don’t think anything has happened!!! I just want to know if I’ve done anything wrong?

@OctopusEnergy I have done 3 power downs this week… tues/weds/thurs, first time doing them. However. No happy hour come through! Still says calculating. Don’t think I will bother again, is there something I’m going wrong!

@BritishGasHelp had a smart meter fitted last Tuesday, the gas works, tells us how much we’ve spent… but the elec is just £0 since we got it! The instructions he left are for a different model of smart meter. Please help

@virginmedia been trying to cancel our virgin, as putting up 30% keep getting put through to cancellations, then they hang up! 3 times we have been through this! Is there a direct cancellation number so we don’t have to go through the rigmarole every time!
