I added in Ottawa and did more cleaning so that Izzet Elementals is now properly combined with 4C Elementals.

Some of the cleaning might be a mistake, but if you're taking real sample sizes from any of this then...don't do that

It sounds like Hikaru really just memorizes lines rather than reviewing the research so actually I'm going to give him even less credit for not getting more involved, but it's common practice
