@WhitehElizabeth @ErikVoorhees@ohJuliatweets My mom is a high-school graduate and homeschooled me and my siblings through high school. We all went on to graduate college with high honors, many of us majoring in stem majors. So, maybe get to know homeschooling families before judging. @ohJuliatweets
Most political compass tests are stupid and outdated, so I have created a political test that only focuses on REAL ISSUES of the 2020s. 64 questions that score you on four axes, including "Chud v Woke" and "Techbro v Luddite"

I think you're missing the point. My post wasn't primarily about JD. It was about the blind loyalty some people have toward him. This post was to point out the blind loyalty that the CN man had to JD, just like you have, which makes you all become very emotional and full of hostility toward people who are actually holy by the grace of God such. It’s a cult.
Why do you feel the need to defend JD so strongly? His sins have found him out, and he should repent in sackcloth and ashes and live a quiet life in anonymity.
Even if these allegations are false, he admittedly struggled with medication addiction and should have publicly clarified long ago that no violence occurred. As far as I know, he never did.
One of the clear BIBLICAL qualifications for a pastor is to be ABOVE reproach. JD no longer meets that standard and is therefore disqualified from talking on any Bibical matters or theology.
I'll leave you with these verses to ponder on. I won't be replying further because Scripture is clear, and whatever you will say to defend him will be against the Bible.
"As dead flies give perfume a bad smell, so a little folly outweighs wisdom and honor."
— Ecclesiastes 10
"Abstain from all appearance of evil." — 1 Thessalonians 5:22
"A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach."
— 1 Timothy 3:2
I'll never forget when one of these CN bros got doxxed. He used to be a friend of ours, yet his first instinct was to accuse me or my dad of doing it.
The irony is that my dad had been nothing but kind to him. He guided him through the process of buying a car, regularly called him, and even believed he was capable enough for seminary.
Today, that same guy runs cover for JD Hall, despite the publicly documented allegations against JD, including a police report alleging he assaulted a family member by strangulation and medication addiction. It's astonishing what people will rationalize when loyalty to a cult becomes more important than the truth. Being in a cult is a powerful drug.
