Gotcha -- I sleep, and fall asleep ok (will read up on DSIp), but I've noticed my RHR and HRV have changed since starting GLP-3 (not for the better). I'm ok with it for now because I plan to transition to a lower dose after body recomp is complete (congrats on yours, hwpo!). Check Oura out, I've got 5 years of sleep data and would have never been clued into the changes mentioned above without that data set -- it's an invaluable tool in the belt, imho.
@chrissssjohnson Thanks for the info dump (best price I've seen on GLP-3) -- curious if you use any kind of sleep tracker (e.g., Oura ring), and if so have you noticed any type of metrics change? Asking because I have and do on the GLP-3s.
@EdLatimore Interesting take. Camille Paglia used to say comment sections were their own genreβmessy but honest. Maybe too messy, lol. Still, I wouldnβt get rid of social media. Stuff like this, and being able to talk back to it, makes it worth keeping, imho.
