This summer I was blessed to be the head coach of a 15u team. Seeing their effort for me has made me work 10x as hard as both a player and coach to be a role model for them, and also to better myself. I am grateful for this group. I can’t wait to play this fall. I love this game.

Playing defense is all about respecting your pitcher on the mound. He's out there grinding and it's your job to expect every pitch being thrown to be hit to you. Sure, you'll make an error here and there, but don't let it be because you weren't prepared for the ball hit your way.
